A man stole alcohol from Safeway, and was arrested by Milton officers following the June 16 incident when they learned he had outstanding arrest warrants, and booked him into Pierce County Jail on the warrants.
Two females were caught stealing alcohol from the Milton Safeway on June 16. They were soon located and arrested. They were also trespassed from Safeway.
A Milton officer observed a suspicious vehicle parked at the corner of the intersection, and noticed it was occupied by a male and female during a police stop at 19th Avenue and Oak Street on June 17. When he approached them, he noticed a glass meth pipe in the center console. They were detained, and he found that they both had arrest warrants. They were booked into jail and the car was towed from the scene.
A Milton officer pulled a man over for driving erratically down Taylor Street on June 17. He found the driver to be intoxicated and arrested him. The subject later gave a breath sample that was more than twice the legal limit. He was booked into the SCORE jail.
The residents of a home noticed a woman in their garage taking tools during a burglary on June 19. They chased her through the Autumn Village apartment complex and directed police to her location. She was caught and arrested. She attempted to steal several power tools from the garage. She was booked into Pierce County Jail.
Milton officers were dispatched to a house near 18th Avenue and Buchant Court on June 20 to respond to a violation of a no-contact order. The male suspect had been arrested before for violating the contact order his family members put in place to keep him away. He was known to Milton Police, and was located a short while later at Triangle Park. The officer attempted to take him into custody, but the man resisted and attempted to flee. The officer deployed his taser and was able to take the man into custody. He was booked into the Pierce Co Jail.
A male and female stole alcohol from the Milton Safeway and left in their car on June 20. Milton officers located them and attempted to pull the vehicle over. The female driver did not comply, and was taken into custody when she turned onto a dead-end street. Both suspects were arrested for Theft.
A Milton officer pulled a vehicle over for speeding down Fifth Avenue on June 21. When he contacted the driver, he found the driver was suspended third degree for unpaid tickets. The man was cited and released at the scene.
A male and female stole several hundreds of dollars in merchandise from Safeway on June 23 and attempted to flee. Milton officers caught them in the area and saw the unbagged and unpurchased items in the back seat of the car. The couple was arrested, and officers located narcotics in the vehicle.
A Milton officer pulled a vehicle over for an equipment violation along Emerald Street on June 24. When he contacted the driver, he found the driver had a $10,000 warrant out of Pierce County. The driver was arrested and booked on the warrant.
A female who was high on narcotics broke into a house on Thea Court and was almost asleep in one of the bedrooms when she was discovered by the residents of the house on June 25. When Milton officers arrived and attempted to arrest her for trespassing, she fought back. She was arrested for trespassing and resisting arrest.
A male and female couple had a physical altercation on June 28 along Emerald Street. Milton officers investigated and found the male half to be the primary aggressor. He was arrested and booked into jail.
Two adult siblings had a physical altercation at their home along Fifth Avenue on June 29. Milton officers investigated the incident and were able to determine a primary aggressor. The guilty party was arrested and booked into the Puyallup Jail for Assault 4th Degree DV.
