Puyallup man brings gift of hearing to Peru

Bob Wilson has been hearing impaired all of his life. At the age of 6, he could not speak. He was enrolled into a speech and lip-reading program and now, with his hearing aids, it is hard to tell he has any hearing impairment. Wilson does not use sign language. He uses a combination of sound, enhanced by his hearing aids, and lip reading to communicate with people. Read more...
